< Back to Halloween 		Submitting your materials online is the hi-tech way to get your submission to us instantly. Follow these instructions to insure your submission is correct.

Your submission should include all of the following information: your name, city and state of residence, phone numbers (daytime and evening), along with your Halloween costume PHOTO. Be sure to attach a non-returnable photo of you in your costume or we cannot consider your submission.

When directed by you to do so through completion of the form below, the photo you upload may be used, without limitation, in an on-line photograph gallery (which may include a user voting feature with respect to your photo and others), in on-air broadcast(s) or for marketing or promotion of the website or program. The photo may be copied, reformatted and/or resized.

"Live with Regis and Kelly" accepts the following formats for digital submission. Please follow these instructions carefully and properly attach your photo:
  • Format your digital photo as a .JPG or .GIF.
  • The size of your formatted photo file should be 150K or smaller.
  • NO PORNOGRAPHIC, OFFENSIVE OR INDECENT PHOTOS
  • NO HATEFUL OR VIOLENT PHOTOS
  • NO IMPERSONATING OTHERS
  • RESPECT COPYRIGHT - NO PHOTOS FOR WHICH YOU HAVE NOT OBTAINED THE NECESSARY PERMISSION FROM THE PHOTOGRAPHER (Read our Copyright Tips for more information on copyright and our copyright policy)
  • NO OTHER PHOTOS THAT VIOLATE OUR TERMS OF USE.
Photos will NOT be returned.

Uploading may take several minutes depending on your connection. Please do not close the window or navigate to another page until you see an "Upload Successful" page. This is when your upload is complete.
